Terms & Conditions – Levant Travel and Tours

By booking with  Levant Travel & Tours , you agree to the following terms. These are designed to be clear and transparent. If anything is unclear, please contact us before confirming your booking.

Reservations & Bookings

• All tours must be booked in advance and confirmed in writing (email or website).

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Prices and services are guaranteed once the deposit is received.

We will need the following information:

• Traveler names and nationalities

• Number of guests and room preferences

• Arrival and departure details

• Meal preferences (if any)

• Special requests

Visa Requirements

• Some nationalities require advance visa approval 20–30 days before arrival.

• Visa processing fee: USD 155 per person (non-refundable).

• Required documents include passport copy, itinerary, hotel bookings, and flight details.

• Visa approval is issued by the Jordanian authorities and cannot be guaranteed.

Children Policy

• 12 years and above: charged as adults

• 6–11.99 years:

  • 50% discount (no extra bed)

  • 25% discount (with extra bed)

• 4–5.99 years: 50% discount (no extra bed)

• Under 3 years: free of charge

⚠️ Families with more than two children may need additional rooms.

Payments

• 25% deposit required to confirm booking.

• Payment methods: credit card (online), bank transfer, or cash in Jordan.

• Credit card payments include a 4% processing fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds for unused services once the tour begins.

• Refunds are processed within 15–20 working days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

• Exceptional situations (force majeure) are reviewed individually.

Changes to Your Itinerary

• We do our best to accommodate changes.

• Any extra costs will be charged to the client.

• Early notice helps us make changes smoothly.

Flights

• International flights are not included.

• Domestic flights can be arranged upon request.

• Please provide full flight details in advance.

Border Control & Entry

• Entry approval is controlled by Jordanian authorities.

• Levant Travel and Tours cannot guarantee entry.

• If entry is denied, standard cancellation policies apply.

Travel Documents

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after travel dates.

• Travelers are responsible for visas and entry permits.

Liability

• Levant Travel & Tours is not responsible for delays, injuries, loss, or damage beyond our control.

• We may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or government regulations.

• Prices may change due to government taxes or regulations.
